Note:
This is a DC-DC voltage converter module, must have in account when using:
1. Due to the diode partial pressure, the voltage of -Vo is lower than +Vo
2. In order to obtain a more stable voltage, it is recommended that the output is greater than 15mA
3. -Vo cannot be used alone, or no voltage output. But you can just use +Vo
4. Input voltage can not be greater than the maximum input range
5. Output power can not be greater than the maximum load for a long time
6. Input power must be greater than the output power, because the power consumption of the module itself
